How it works

How it works, in practice.

No rigid system, and no jargon. We start with a free review, find the savings and the gaps in what you already offer, then put practical, human help in front of your people. Here is what that actually looks like.

No cost · No obligation · No commitment until proposal stage

Step one

It starts with a free Workplace Review.

Before anything is recommended or costed, we look closely at what you already have. Two things usually stand out.

Savings that reach your bottom line

There is often money to be found in what you already pay for: setting up salary exchange, so both you and your staff pay less, and cutting the annual fees quietly eroding your pension and benefits. Real savings, before we spend a penny of yours.

What your people actually value

We look at how your team engages with the benefits you already offer: what they use, what they value, and what is being paid for but going unnoticed. It is hard to improve the offer until you can see it clearly.

Step two

Then we put practical help in front of your people.

Where the review shows it will make a difference, we bring in support that is genuinely useful, and easy to take up.

Workshops: education and resilience

Employer-sponsored group sessions that give your people practical financial education and resilience, covering budgeting, pensions, debt and planning, in plain English, so staff can take part at no cost to themselves.

A private one-to-one with an adviser

Separately, and in confidence, each employee can sit down one-to-one with an independent financial adviser to talk through their own concerns and get help where they need it. Personal, private, and theirs alone.

Step three

And we show you the return, in plain pounds.

We come back and measure what changed: the fees saved, how much more your people engage with what you offer, and the difference in focus, attendance and retention. We put it into pounds, so you can see what the work gave back. This is the number we call ROEI, but you do not need the acronym to read it.
