Our Workplace Ambassadors are experienced business leaders who believe in what Aetas Workplace is building. They contribute insight, strengthen our connections with business communities and make appropriate introductions where our work could benefit an organisation and its people. The role is informal and invitation-only; ambassadors do not provide financial advice, represent themselves as employees of Aetas Workplace, or carry sales targets.

Workplace Ambassador

Nick has more than 30 years’ experience in international financial services and an extensive network across business, finance and professional communities. Raised in Argentina and Brazil, he studied Hispanic Studies at the University of Bristol and speaks fluent Spanish and Portuguese. His career has included senior roles with BOLSA, Credit Suisse, Merrill Lynch, Clariden Leu, Falcon Private Wealth and Hay Hill Wealth Management. Nick is a co-founder and former Chair of FENG UK, Chair of Canning House and Chairman of Marinas Guardian. As a Workplace Ambassador, he supports Aetas Workplace through informed advocacy, strategic insight and appropriate introductions.

Anne Fergusson

Anne Fergusson

Workplace Ambassador

Anne is a Scottish Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in business transformation, investment and supporting growing organisations. She led PwC’s Turnaround Panel in London from 2006 to 2013 and served as Development Director at Mattioli Woods from 2013 to 2017. Now based in Edinburgh, Anne works with founders and early-stage businesses as an investor, mentor and trusted connector. As a Workplace Ambassador, she supports Aetas Workplace by sharing commercial insight, strengthening relationships and making thoughtful introductions.
