Employee Benefits Data Capture

A structured capture of your existing pension and benefits arrangements. Used by the Aetas team to identify inefficiencies, opportunities, and where the value sits before any recommendations are made.

You do not need to know every answer precisely. "Don't know" is a useful answer in its own right. Documents can be attached at the end. Most people complete this in around twenty minutes.

What happens next. Once submitted, you receive a confirmation email. Matthew and the Aetas team review your submission and any attached documents before your next meeting. Information is held confidentially and used only for the purposes of the Review.

02Current pension provision

Workplace pension scheme details. Ranges and approximate figures are fine where exact numbers are not to hand.

For example: NEST, Aviva, Standard Life Master Trust, Royal London GPP.
03Group risk and health benefits

For each benefit type, mark whether it is in place. Provider and renewal date are useful where known.

Documents that help us most
